READY PREP RADIO - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Ready Prep Radio (from here refered to as RPR) operates 50 weeks of the year (excluding 2 weeks holiday, which may be taken one week at a time and Christmas Week when subscibers will receive NO prep during these periods). There is no money back for this period and subscribers still have to pay the same amount in any month that has one (or both) of these weeks. 

2) The prep is usually posted on the website by 10:00pm Monday to Thursday and 10:00pm on Sunday. 

3) We appreciate subscribers sending us their own ideas and material - but please do not send any "contributions" that have been copied from other sources. 

4) You must not send or supply our material to anyone else. As a subscriber you are "licensed" to use our material at the station (or stations) you have named. If you supply other stations or presenters with our show prep you will be liable to pay the equivalent susbscription rate for THEM also. We welcome recommendations to other presenters, just contact us with their details. 

5) You must give at least one month's notice when cancelling your subscription. 

6) Whilst subscribing to RPR it is taken that you are using the material supplied. 

7) We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time. We will refund any amounts remaining on your account. 

8) RPR does not accept responsibility for any mistakes or errors, nor any legal proceedings that may arise from using the material on-air, this is entirely at the discretion of the subscriber. 

9) RPR reserves the right to change the terms of the prep service at anytime. 

10) RPR will take legal action against anyone using our prep without permission (in print or in verbal-form). We use material from magazines, newspapers and internet sites from all over the world and credit our sources. Please credit these yourself when you use this material in your programme. 

11) RPR can only be used on radio. 

12) RPR does not accept any responsibility for any mistakes or errors, nor any legal proceedings that may arise from using the prep material on-air, this is entirely at the discretion of the presenter. 

13) Although we regularly monitor stations who are using our prep (and those that are not) we rely on our subscribers to inform us of any presenters knowingly using our material without permission. We often reward people who do so. 

14) If given a password for any section of the RPR site we ask you not to give this to anyone else. Subscribers who have passed on password details will be liable to pay the equivalent subscription rate for THEM also. Through IP addresses we are able to check exactly who the prep has been downloaded by and how many times. 

15) RPR subscriptions - are monthly, quarterly or anual payments normally taken by Direct Debit/Credit Card/Debit Card via PayPal. We reserve the right to charge administration charges. The fees quoted on the RPR site are for PayPal payments - therefore subscribers who have not made there payments will not recieve the RPR service.
