1) How do I receive your service after I have paid for it?

We send you a user name and password after we have had your subscription payment. All you have to do is log-in with these details and select the prep you 
require.

2) Why do you have the following days prep on my current day’s service?

Some presenters nowadays record their shows for the next day and require the information to `pad out´ the show. Obviously we can not supply current news 
items for these presenters, so at the end of the current Daily Prep, we supply relevant topical prep for these `Automated´ programmers.

3)Why are you less expensive than the other prep services?

We are a new service and are competitive in the market. We will increase our prices as the company builds up, but be rest assured, the product is aimed 
for making you guys sound better. We have experience in not only presenting and writing, but also in using other radio prep services in the past and have learnt where they are making mistakes.

4) Do you expect presenters to use all the prep provided?

No. We provide enough material based on any 3 hour show that uses general `in-house´ features. The best way to use readyprepradio is to go through it 
before you go on air and mark the extracts that you want to use. You may also be inspired to expand on it yourself.

5) What do I do if our local rival station is using the same readyprepradio service?

If you are in an area where one or more stations are using the same service then we apologize. We issue subscriptions on a first come first serve basis 
and do offer any station exclusivity by contacting us in advance. Obviously an exclusive station will have to pay more.

6) The radio station I work for refuses to pay for your service - What should I do?

Well, it’s up to you really. For as little as 35p a day you can shine above the rest without having to do a massive amount of research. You will feel more 
relaxed and confident knowing that a huge majority of prep is waiting for you. All you have to do is `top up´ with´ breaking news, your regular features 
and music. Simple! Isn’t that worth it? Even if your boss is penny pinching, remind him that the prep can be shared among other presenters.

7) How do I pay for your prep and be sure that I get it in time for my next show?

At the moment we use the PayPal payment service because of the popularity Worldwide. It is quick and secure and means that we can get your next show 'on 
the road´ asap.

8) Why don’t you give quiz questions, phone-in ideas and a `what’s on´ TV section?

In our experience we think that YOU are quite capable of choosing questions for competitions (either topical or from books). As far as phone-ins are 
concerned, we think that it’s up to the presenter. Some presenters find this easy, some find it hard. Even the best don’t like phone-ins so we have 
decided to leave it up to you.

TV? Who wants to know what happens on Eastenders tonight before they see it? Anyway we are talking RADIO!

9) Why should I choose readyprepradio instead of any other prep service? 

1- We provide `radio friendly´ text reads which are short and to the point!

2- We condense our links so that your show goes fast and `listener friendly´. We do not like `long winded´ story telling on radio

3- We also supply Automated presenters who record their shows for the following day with topical prep

4- We think that a mixture of recent news and past events on a particular day read well. We do not supply this in sections and try to help you use our service page by page. Other prep services often have sections which mean you have to keep turning back and forth and marking the used content. This interrupts the flow of your show.

5- We realise that not every presenter likes our humorous hook lines. If you have no sense of humour, then choose another. But remember your audience out there likes to be cheered up most of the time.
